INTRODUCTION
English Business Communication will be helpful to anyone who is working or training in an administrative, managerial or secretarial role. It demands good communication in business English and communication skills.
This course will enable the participants to be able to:
• Stimulate interest in the use of business English so that it can be written more accurately, clearly and concisely
• Provide specimen layouts of all business communications
• Provide wide range of authentic documents of interest and reference
• Do practical assignments to reinforce learning
• Do practical approach in composing effective business communication
CAREER OPPORTUNITIES
English is the International language for global communication. Those who are competent in English Business Communication can get good jobs in administration, secretarial and managerial position.

REFOMULATING AND SUMMARISING
COMPREHENSION
FINAL PROJECT
DURATION
15 weeks - 2 times a week - 3 hours for every session (Total = 90 hours) or weekend (6 hours per session during weekends ). Total = 90 hours.
METHODOLOGY
• Practical and hands on skills = 80%, Theory/lecture = 20%
• Assessment by assignment, projects and portfolio
ADVANCE COURSE
Graduate of PQC, Business English Communication an continue at Diploma Level in Professional English with Cambridge International College (CIC) or London Chamber of Commerce and Industry and other qualification bodies. Note: Participants for PQC, Business English Communication must have a reasonable command of English.
